Amalfi by Bobby Flay Restaurant: Menu, Photos

Vegas is a city with an abundance of restaurants of every kind, so even if you have more unusual or exotic tastes, you’re sure to find something that appeals.

However, when it comes to more popular cuisines such as Italian, there are so many options in town that it can be hard to decide where to head – and for the restaurants themselves, it can be all but impossible to stand out from the crowd.

This means restaurants that have managed to make a name for themselves among such a packed field of fierce competition must be doing something truly special.

This is exactly what the relatively new Amalfi by Bobby Flay has already managed to achieve – and if you want to find out how, in this post, we have all the details you need.

Amalfi Overview

Amalfi by Bobby Flay

  • Address: Caesars Palace, 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
  • Phone: 702-650-5965

In May of 2021, renowned celebrity chef closed his Mesa Grill restaurant in Caesars Palace and converted it into a new Italian concept called Amalfi by Bobby Flay.

Flay has previously talked of his love for Italy and the country’s culture, lifestyle and food, and with his new restaurant, he explores the tastes and styles that have had such a significant culinary influence on him.

As the name suggests, the restaurant is inspired by Italy’s Amalfi coast and features lighting designed to be reminiscent of the soft colors of a Mediterranean sunset.

The restaurant also boasts a chic lounge and bar area that’s perfect for sipping a signature Amalfi spritz before sitting down to a memorably delicious Italian meal.

Of course, this being an Italian restaurant, you’ll find a wide selection of rich homemade pasta dishes, but more than that, the focus of this Amalfi is seafood, just as it is in the Italian town from which it takes its name.

Inside the restaurant, you’ll find a well-stocked seafood display presided over by an expert fishmonger whose job it is to answer guests’ questions about the available offerings and help them choose the most perfect meal.

The fishmonger will also be able to tell you where the fish came from and when it arrived in Las Vegas – some of the fish there is flown in directly from Italy itself.

At the end of the meal, you can also treat yourself to one of the irresistible Italian desserts and then round it all off with a classic Italian espresso.

So in short, if you want to take your tastebuds on a journey to the Amalfi coast to experience the authentic taste of Italy, Amalfi by Bobby Flay is the only place to go.
