On May 24th, 2023, The Buffet at Bellagio came back in full swing after a short hiatus of only serving brunch from 8 am to 3 pm. In the course of the year the Buffet opened every day serving both brunch and dinner.
Fast forward to 2024, and the Buffet shifted back to its original brunch-only theme. They are open every day of the week but only for brunch, between 8am and 3pm. The different meals include a weekday brunch, a weekend brunch, and a weekend seafood brunch.
As one of the most beloved buffets in Vegas, you already know you are on for a treat when you visit this spot.
Located centrally next to the “O” Theatre at the Bellagio, the Buffet brings you a worldly culinary experience with Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and American dishes.

The ‘Best of Las Vegas’ award-winning buffet has been open since 1996, making it one of the oldest buffets in the Valley. With prices soaring up higher throughout its 20+ year run, the buffet has also upgraded its cuisines including fancier items from Kobe beef to king crabs, salmon, lambs, ribeye, beef tartar, and so much more!
With an 18-person chef’s table, the buffet stands out with its unique offerings bound to leave an impression even on the casual diner.
Furthermore, there’s also the option to add an unlimited drinks package that includes beers, mimosas, wines, and select cocktails to really get the day off to a great start!
Please keep in mind that the Bellagio Buffet is one of the busiest popular spots in Las Vegas, so you can expect to find a long queue during peak hours.
The Buffet at Bellagio Food
As one of Vegas’ premium high-end AYCE options, the Bellagio Buffet offers a wide range of gourmet dishes that are meticulously prepared and beautifully presented.
It features a standard upscale brunch with the usual breakfast and lunch classics along with a few more interesting surprises.
If you want to watch as your food is prepared right in front of your eyes then you should ask for a reservation on the chef’s table. Watch the popular live-action omelet station as the employees flip the oversized dishes alongside selections of meat, cheeses, and veggies.
Of course, there’s a plentiful spread of sweet breakfast options too, as well as healthier choices such as cereal or yogurt – although, let’s be honest, most people eating at this buffet are unlikely to be filling up on cornflakes.
There’s a full range of pasta and pizzas – although we recommend avoiding loading up on too much of these or you won’t have room for much else.
One of the undoubted highlights is the carving station. There’s also a seafood area along with an Asian station.
To finish off, there’s a dessert area with plenty of sweet treats. You can wash them down with as many sodas as you like, or opt for alcoholic drinks if you choose the unlimited drinks package.

Some Dishes to Look Out For
While Bellagio may not offer the same extensive variety of dishes as award-winning buffets like the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace – because few places do – you’ll still find plenty of options to satisfy your hunger.
There’s no way you can sample everything in just one visit – but here are a few of the items to look out for while you’re there.
As mentioned, the cook-to-order omelet station is always popular, and the eggs Benedict is also not to be missed. Eggs with chorizo is also something worth a try.
You can also find crêpes, waffles, and French toast if you prefer something sweet, and a particular highlight is a giant pancake that is cut up into squares for serving once it’s ready.
- Carvery
The Carvery is the place to head for dedicated carnivores, and you can expect to find succulent rotisserie chicken, prime rib, marinated steak, pork ribs, beef steamship, lamb chips, turkey breasts, briskets, and St Louis-style ribs alongside much more.
- Seafood
Seafood highlights include Alaskan king crab, crab legs, poached shrimp, smoked salmon, scallop ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and clams.
The fresh market seafood section features oysters on the half shell, seafood salads with shrimp, shrimp cocktails, and black mussels.
Accompanying salads range from tuna to salmon poke and caprese salads.
- Asian
The Asian section offers classics such as fried rice, fried noodles, Hong Kong steamed buns, and shrimp siu mai. There’s also a huge selection of sushi rolls in a huge sushi boat filled with salmon, cucumber, tuna, California rolls, and much more.
Try their sushi hand roll station with fish eggs, carrots, tuna, avocado, salmon, tuna, ginger, and wasabi.
- Other highlights
Some other food items to look out for include the gourmet mac and cheese, the mini gyros, the charcuterie section, and the delicious fried chicken. Soda, tea, coffee, and milk are dispensed in the beverage section. Do not forget to visit the juice bar.
- Desserts
Desserts include delights such as chocolate mousse, assorted gelatos, Danishes, doughnuts, a wide range of pastries, and many other enticing treats.
Bottomless Drinks
Bellagio offers an unlimited drinks package that includes the following beverages:

- Bloody Mary
The drinks offer lasts for two hours from the time of purchase.
Opening Hours and Prices
The Buffet at Bellagio is only open for Brunch – Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 3 pm.
When it comes to prices, the brunch buffet is similarly priced to the one at the Wynn Las Vegas Buffet. Both places also offer seafood buffets, but the Bellagio has a much cheaper option.
However, it is still not the most expensive buffet in Vegas, that goes to the $99 highly-exclusive (no walk-ins allowed) Anthony’s Sunday Brunch Buffet at the M Resort – open only Sundays from 11 am – 1:30 pm.

It’s possible to reserve a VIP pass to skip the line by following the link on the official homepage. Without a reservation, wait times can be long during peak hours.
Dress code
The dress code is “resort casual” – tank tops and swimwear are not permitted.
Parking
Both valet parking and self-parking are available at Bellagio.
Self-parking:
- Registered hotel guests – flat daily fee of $18 (0 – 24 hours)
- Other guests – flat $18 daily fee on weekdays (Mon – Thurs) and $23 daily fee on weekends (Fri -Sun).
- Nevada Residents – complimentary parking for up to 3 hours, flat daily rates apply afterward
Valet parking:
- All Guests – flat $35 daily rate on weekdays (Mon – Thurs) and flat $40 daily rate on weekends (Fri – Sun).
Note: Self-Parking is complimentary to MGM Rewards Members: Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and NOIR. Valet is complimentary to only Gold, Platinum, and NOIR.
If you prefer to save yourself some money and don’t mind a short walk, you can park for free at the nearby Shops at Crystals or go for other free parking facilities on the Vegas Strip.
How to Find It
The Buffet at Bellagio is located next to the O Theatre. To reach it, go to the resort’s main lobby and follow the left path around. Go past the Petrossian Bar and continue past the Baccarat Bar. You will find the buffet on the left, just before the Cirque du Soleil store
